Hi Matthew, we’ve just opened a new co-worker space in Saltash, Saltash Studios – brief over view below but we’d love if you’d list us!
Saltash Studios is a flexible creative hub in Saltash town centre that serves the community with co-working opportunities, bookable space and a range of events including cinema screenings, exhibitions and pop-up markets.
It is based in a derelict building (formerly a Barclays Bank branch), which Salt Arts CIC has led in refurbishing and transforming for its new life.
Being run by a Community Interest Company (CIC) with charitable objectives means that Saltash Studios is run by and for our community. This social enterprise model enables us to reinvest all our income back into the project and into the Saltash community.
The Saltash Studios project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Can you please add Office38 to the list of coworking spaces, based in Bude (North Cornwall)?
We are a relative new-comer and are aiming to attract individuals who need peace and quiet to work with super fast WiFi availability.
There are five desks that can be hired either morning, afternoon or for a full day (8am – 6pm). Location is in Bude town itself and the view is of the river. Wellbeing is important to us and, therefore, there is lots of natural light along with the office chairs having six adaptions to ensure the person feels physically supported when sat at a desk.
Complimentary tea and coffee is available, along with the use of Office38 as a professional correspondence address, should the person not want others knowing where they live.
