Do you guarantee improved PPC performance?
99% of the clients I have worked with improved account performance, although no-one is perfect! Whilst I don’t offer a guarantee on increasing sales/leads, with a rolling 30-day contract you are free to leave at any time if performance does not match your expectation.
How Often Will You Monitor My Account?
I will monitor your account between 9-5 on weekdays, with larger account reviews every 2 weeks. Depending on the pricing tier you choose, we can also have a monthly review call.
Do you work with ecommerce and lead generation?
Both. Lead generation requires precise tracking and a focus on qualification. Ecommerce needs feed management, audience strategy, and ROAS optimisation. The strategy differs, but the fundamentals remain the same.
Will I own my ad account?
Always. The account is created in your name or transferred to you. You retain full ownership, access, and data history. This shouldn’t even be a question, but in this industry, it needs to be.
Do you offer free PPC audits?
Yes. If you want a free independent PPC audit before committing to management, that’s available. Sometimes clarity is the first step.
